I'm a passionate, enthusiastic, intellectually curious, dynamic, professional with more than 21  years of working experience.

I have a JD from Catholic University of Milan, an LLM from Boston University, a degree in PPPA (politic, philosophy and public affairs) from State University of Milan, and I'm licensed to practice law in Italy.

I lived, studied and worked in Italy, United States and Belgium.

I support both individuals and corporate clients in areas such as contracts review, drafting, and negotiation (domestic and international); compliance; corporate governance; safety, data privacy (GDPR), international legal consultancy.

In addition, thanks to more than 800 hours of intensive training in coaching, NLP, Neuro-Semantics, and other specific type of trainings among which positive thinking and laughter yoga, I also offer coaching sessions and soft skills training, supporting professionals in handling stress, improving their performances and efficiently organizing their resources.
